  – Gut ausgestattetes Equipment (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Pfanne, Topf, Besteck, Gläser & Tassen, Salz).
  – Fußballkicker und Dartscheibe vorhanden.
  – Netflix 🙂
  – Trotz Nähe der Hauptstraße, war es sehr ruhig.
  – Viele Restaurants in der Nähe (Lieferservice klappt auch super!).
  – Möglichkeiten mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen.
  – Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren schnell erreichbar.
  – Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
  – Dusche + Badewanne vorhanden.
  
  What could be improved: – An den Decken – insbesondere im Bad – könnte man mal wieder Staubwischen 🙂
  – Ich musste die Matratze auf den Boden legen, da das Bett geknarrt und gequietscht hat.
  – Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer heiß werden könnte, da OG und kein A/C gegeben.

  This property was way better than expected and next time I’m visiting friends in Hamburg or going to a party at the Kiez i’ll definitely stay here again. It was kind of expensive for one night and one person however since it’s pretty much in the center of the city the price is actually very good compared to other properties.
  The owner of the apartment was also very helpful and nice and responded to questions very fast.
  
  What could be improved: it’s not that I didn’t like it but just good to know since I didn’t think about it (evento it’s literally in the name of the property) but it’s at the top of the building and there is no elevator, I had a big suitcase that i had to carry all the way up however it was not all too much trouble

  What could be improved: The apartment is very beautiful, exactly as it is in the photos, but because it is winter and very cold in Germany, there is no heating. I contacted the owner to inform him that it was very cold in the apartment, he said he would bring a heater later, but that was not true, he did not even show up. The Wi-Fi also does not work. And then there are people who live next door and above who punch the wall. They kick it all the time during the night, so if you are looking for a place to rest and spend a few days with your family, this is not a recommended place.

  Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, Am Wochenende gibt es genügend Parkplätze. Die Betten / Schlafsofas sind komfortabel.

  Perfekt geeignet für eine Gruppe von Freunden zum Stadt erkunden und feierngehen. Appartment hat uns alles geboten. Wir waren mit einem JGA dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Appartment liegt im Industriegebiet, man stört also keine Nachbarn. ÖPNV gut erreichbar.
  
  What could be improved: Ein paar Schrauben/ lose Kabel im Appartment benötigen handwerkliche Zuwendung.

  Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt und liegt gut, wenn man verschiedene Dinge in Hamburg unternehmen möchte.
  Auch ist die Anbindung mit dem Öffi-Knotenpunkt Berliner Tor sehr gut. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
  
  What could be improved: Leider war es in der Unterkunft sehr dreckig. Über Spinnenweben und Haare in der Dusche in dem Waschbecken kann ich noch hinwegsehen, aber die Benutzung des Backofens setzte eine Grundreinigung voraus. Das Backpapier von vorherigen Gästen mit Abdrücken der Piccolinis war noch im Ofen, alles war mit Fett und Essensresten verkrustet und roch nach angebranntem Fett. Hier muss definitiv mehr Wert drauf gelegt werden, wenn man Unterkünfte in dem Preissegment anbietet.

  Die Wohnung lag in einer Sackgasse mit Parkmöglickkeit,großzügige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern ,Tischdecke,Dart,Spiele und Bücher, Bad und Wohnung sauber,netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ,der auch auf Änderungswünsche eingegangen ist.2 großzügige Sofas,auch zum Ausziehen,falls jemand schnarcht.
  
  What could be improved: Kippen vom Vormieter auf dem Balkon,allerdings nicht die Schuld des Vermieters,wir wurden auch frühzeitig informiert, daß wir unseren Müll zu entsorgen haben

  Die Lage ist top. Nur 5 min zur U-Bahn. Grosszügig Platz für 7Personen. Schöner großer Wohnraum mit Dielen.
  Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der sofort die Fragen beantwortet und auch das Bett gleich repariert hat. Parkplätze waren gleich am Haus, allerdings nicht so leicht zu erkennen . Wir mussten erst Rückfragen. Eine Kennzeichnung wäre hilfreich.
  
  What could be improved: Die heraushängenden Kabel für Lampenanschlüsse könnten beseitigt werden und noch einen größeren Topf, Schüssel. Wir kochen gern zusammen im Urlaub, da war das etwas wenig. Den Backofen haben wir nicht benutzt. Er sollte aber sauberer sein.
