  Location, facilities of the room were great. Overall, we were very happy about the hotel and certainly next time we’ll visit the city we’ll stay again in this hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The only disappointment was about trash. We stayed for five days but trash was collected for once. We can understand sustainability concerns but if this is the case, the hotel can put bigger trash bins in the room.

  1) Location was good – in walking distance for major areas and close to bus stop and subway station; 2) The room was clean and spacious, kitchen looks brand new; 3) it would have been better if there were handling instructions for those kitchen equipment and washer/dryer; and 4) it would have been better if the room was equipped w an internal telephone so that we didn’t physically have to go down to the reception desk for small things.
