  We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered was of good quality, though I found it to be slightly overpriced. It would be more convenient if the room included a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The parking facilities were excellent, spacious and easily accessible. Additionally, it would be helpful if the meats and cold cuts at breakfast were labeled, so guests can identify the type of meat being served

  The staff where allways very helpful and made you feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. I asked for a ground floor room because I am Disabled and they provided me with a room large enough for me and literally just next to the dinning room. The breakfast was well worth the cost and you hade sutch a choice from a crooked breakfast to salmon fresh fruit just but to name a few. Eavning meal was excellent and of a fair price, and the service was excellent from all the staff. From the chef in the kitchen to the chamber mades. I would recommend thix hotel. Thank you for making our 10day stay so comfortable and homely. Busses run every ten minits to bergadorf train station. I surgested a walk around the park by the hotel and a visit to the castle in the town if bergadorf.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I can falt, and that was there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But that is my only surgestion.

  Old style hotel, super classy and clean. It is a pretty beautiful place, very charming. There are many parking places.
  The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast is quite expensive and the pillows are something like a cushion – not comfortable at all. Would be nice to have the option for a normal Pillow under international standards.

  Great hotel. Cozy and silent. Services were great. Bed was comfortable, room and all over hotel very clean.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast (19.50e) is quite expensive.
  Restaurant looked cozy, but again quite expensive, but there are plenty more places to eat ~10min walk.
  But its everyones choice.
