  Apartment was clean.
  
  What could be improved: Please don’t fall in Deposit Scam with this apartment. I was requested to deposit of 150 Euro for 2 nights stay and it was told to me that it’s refundable and I did. However, after check out the next day, I received a message from my bank that 100 Euro has been deducted from my 150 Euro deposit against so called EXTRA CLEANING as apartment was left in dirty condition; it’s very general statement and not correct as I bought big trash bags from my pocket and kept all garbage in it. In addition, before leaving all kitchen items such Pots, plates, cups and spoon etc. put in dishwasher and cleaned them, what else was expected? Now, I’m raising a grievance request with Booking.com and let’s see.
  Regarding apartment, shower tub drainage is slow/chocked condition resulting in over flowing of water to entire washroom. Internet speed was extremely slow. Location is about 30 mins. tram ride and road access to apartment is muddy especially during rain/after rain. Last but not least, it’s pricey and not worth for money.

  Relativ ruhige Lage bei hellhörigen Wänden.

  What could be improved: Es gab nur ein Duschhandtuch pro Person. Keine Fußmatte für das Badezimmer, kein Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen und kein Geschirrhandtuch.
  Abgesehen von einer Kleiderstange mit 5 Kleiderbügeln gab es keine Möglichkeit Klamotten aus den Taschen weg zu sortieren.
  Die Möbel könnten teilweise eine Reinigung vertragen. Das Badezimmer benötigt auch eine intensive Reinigung von Fliesen, Duschkopf und Führungsschiene der Dusche sowie eine Reparatur der Duschtüren.
  Es wurde viel zu wenig Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt und es gab weder Salz noch Pfeffer.
  Es gab ständig Probleme mit der hinterlegten Kaution und ich musste diese mehrfach hinterlegen. Ansonsten hat der Check-In über das Portal aber gut funktioniert.

  Les écoulements du lavabo et de la douche étaient bouchés à notre arrivée. Un plombier a été missionné très rapidement pour régler le problème. L'hôte a été très réactive et nous a proposé un dédommagement.
  
  What could be improved: Il n'était pas précisé que l'appartement était en Rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue. Même si la chambre donne sur une arrière cour très calme, nous aurions aimé le savoir à l'avance.
  Il était très difficile de trouver une place de parking dans ce quartier très prisé.

  What could be improved: After driving for 5 hours we got into the apartment and it was a mess! No sheets, no towels, garbage everywhere, no toilet paper, and gross toilets and mold. It took me three different channels to get a hold of someone.
  We were forced to leave the apartment and wait with my elderly parents and kids because they forgot to clean it. They didn't forget to charge us tho, plus a deposit of course.

  The area is very elegant and has an abundance of restaurants and cafes.
  The location near Goldpekplatz and Borgweg stops allows access to the city center.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is humid and sometimes cold. There is no central heating, and when I tried to increase the temperature of the space heaters, they all stopped at a certain limit. I don't know why they are limited.
  
  There's a door between this apartment and the neighboring one, and the noise gets very loud. It feels like we have no privacy at all.
  There's also a light that opens in the street, and it shines inside the living room from the window above the entrance door. If you are trying to sleep on the sofa bed, it can be very uncomfortable.
  
  The shower's door is shaky and doesn't close all the way, leaving a gap where water comes out.
  
  In the bedroom, there's a closet with a combination lock. I didn't know why it was locked, and the owner didn't communicate about a code for it.
  
  Finally, the most disappointing of all was my interaction with the staff. They sent an email about the option for late checkout around 7pm the day before I left. I requested a late checkout 2hrs later, but they immediately declined saying they need time to prepare for the next guest. Why would you send the option if you were going to automatically decline?
  
  I only stayed for 3 nights in this apartment, and it was a bad experience. Great location, but very poor service.

  What could be improved: Der manglede et par ting, blandt andet brødkniv, saks og så kunne der godt have været mere end et viskestykke. Hvis man sover i stuen, kan man høre naboerne. Så vær opmærksom på man skal være stille fra kl 22 ligsom de skal være stille der…

  Apartment is spacious and online check in problem -free. You get good value for money.
  Kitchen and bathroom fine equipped.
  
  What could be improved: The living room of the apartment is separated with the other apartment for rent by the single door, which is not well isolated. Because of that fact, you hear absolutely everything that happens in the other apartment every time during day and night. In result, it is impractical to use the sofa-bed in the living room as a sleeping base.
  
  The mushroom in the sleeping room needs attention.
  
  Place is clean in visible places,, but very dusty under the beds and more hidden places. Still, gives a trouble for children with dust allergies.
