You know what caught me off guard about this place? The parking situation – and I mean that in the best way possible. Most apartment rentals in this area leave you circling blocks like a vulture, but having that dedicated spot was honestly a game-changer. I pulled up after a long drive and there it was, clearly marked and waiting. Sometimes it’s the simple things that set the tone for your whole stay.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental property. Two proper bedrooms, not those weird converted spaces where you’re sleeping in what used to be a dining room. The layout flows pretty naturally – you walk into a living area that actually has enough seating for more than two people (shocking, I know), and the kitchen is one of those galley-style setups that somehow works better than it should. I mean, I’m not saying you’re going to host Thanksgiving dinner here, but you can definitely cook real meals without feeling cramped. The bedrooms are on the quieter side, which I appreciated since the street can get a bit lively during evening hours. Nothing too crazy, just the usual urban soundtrack.

What I really liked was how the place felt lived-in without being worn down – if that makes sense. The furniture isn’t trying too hard to be trendy, but it’s comfortable and functional. Good water pressure in the shower, decent Wi-Fi that didn’t cut out during video calls, and enough outlets in the right places. The kind of details that make you think someone actually thought about what guests would need. Honestly, for a 3-star rating, it punches above its weight in terms of comfort. The 7.5 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but you’ll sleep well and have everything you need. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially knowing that parking nightmare is already solved.

  This apartment has everything we need. It was enough to stay one night.
  
  What could be improved: It was difficult to find the parking spot and apartment in the evening. It was the end of the street. If we did not meet the kind older man at the parking who told us how to get to the apartment , we couldn’t arrive at the apartment. If I received the instructions of apartment location, it was easier.

  Zameldowanie w apartamencie jest w pełni bezobsługowe. Wpierw trzeba podać wszystkie swoje dane, wszystko popłacić i wtedy dostaniemy SMS-em i mailem kod dostępu do drzwi wejściowych do apartamentu. Obiekt mieści się na parterze, co jest sporą zaletą. W środku okazuje się w pełni wyposażonym mieszkaniem z 2 sypialniami, kuchnią i łazienką.
  
  What could be improved: Parking obok apartamentu był wyłączony z użytku. Auto trzeba zostawić na parkingu przy ulicy i przejść ok. 60 – 70 m.

  What could be improved: zabezpečené balkonové dveře na prostor parkoviště, ale asi je to soukromí pozemek, která ale nikdo nevyužívá. Minimum odkládacích míst, skříňe atd.
