You know what struck me first about this place? It’s actually bigger than you’d expect from the photos – I mean, when someone says “4 bedrooms for 12 guests,” you’re probably picturing people sleeping on air mattresses in hallways, but this apartment genuinely works for a large group. The bedrooms are properly sized, and honestly, the common areas don’t feel cramped even when everyone’s hanging out together.

The location is pretty solid for getting around the city center (though I wish they’d fix that “undefined” address thing – took me three calls to figure out exactly where I was supposed to show up). Once you’re there though, you’re walking distance to most of the main attractions, and there’s this little café about two blocks down that locals actually go to, not just tourists. The building itself is older – you’ll hear some creaking and the elevator’s one of those tiny European ones that fits maybe three people if you’re all good friends – but it has character. The apartment gets decent natural light, which is something you don’t always get in city center places.

What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup. It’s not just some afterthought with a mini-fridge and hot plate – you can actually cook for a crowd here. We did pasta for ten people one night and didn’t feel like we were performing surgery in a shoebox. The dining area opens up to the living room, so it works well for those long dinner conversations that happen when you’re traveling with a big group. Fair warning though: the neighbors above us seemed to have small children who were apparently training for Olympic gymnastics at 6 AM, so bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. The building’s got that thin-wall thing going on that’s pretty common in older city apartments.

Check-in was straightforward – they actually met us at the property instead of making us hunt down some random key pickup location across town. The host was genuinely helpful with restaurant recommendations too, not just the usual tourist trap suggestions. Parking’s a bit of a situation if you’re driving; there’s street parking but it fills up quick, and the nearest garage is about a ten-minute walk. Honestly though, you probably don’t need a car staying here anyway.

The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I prefer – there are actual books on the shelves and artwork that someone clearly chose rather than just generic hotel prints. It’s clean without being obsessively pristine, if that makes sense. For a 3-star rating, it punches above its weight in terms of space and functionality. The 8 rating seems about right – it’s not luxury, but it does what it promises without any major headaches. If you’re splitting costs among a big group and want somewhere central that actually feels like a home base rather than just a place to crash, this works really well.

  L'appartement est situé tout près des lignes de bus. Il est agréable d'y séjourner,la literie est de très bonne qualité. Il est spacieux et lumineux.
  
  What could be improved: L'entrée dans l'appartement fut compliquée. On nous a fait payer 50 EUR pour intégrer l'appartement vers 12:30. De plus, on a dû chercher par nous même à quel étage il se trouvait. Cela ne nous a pas été précisé.
  La cuisine est équipée de nombreux placards et d'une belle machine à café mais il manque du matériel pour cuisiner et quelques ingrédients de base. Il n'y a pas de micro ondes.
  Nous sommes restés une semaine et il n'y a pas d'aspirateur ou de produits de nettoyage mis à notre disposition. Nous avons dû en acheter.Seule une petite balayette se trouvait sous l'évier. C'est un peu juste au regard du tarif de location.

  Schnelle Bearbeitung bei Anliegen , schicke FW mit allem was man für einen kurzen Zeitraum benötigt. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein . Gerade die Küche und Eingangsbereich waren nicht so sauber. Alle anderen Zimmer i.o.
  
  What could be improved: Das Rauchen ist auch auf dem Balkon nicht gestattet, man musste direkt auf die Hauptstraße.
