Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Cosy Studio with Private Parking” as the name, I was expecting something pretty basic. But you know what? Sometimes the places with the most straightforward names surprise you the most. This little 3-star setup actually delivers on what it promises, which is more than I can say for a lot of hotels these days.

The private parking thing is actually huge – I mean, if you’ve ever tried to find a decent parking spot in most city centers, you’ll know what I’m talking about. You pull up and there’s just… your spot. Right there. No circling blocks, no paying through the nose for some sketchy garage three streets over. The studio itself is genuinely cosy (not just marketing-speak cosy), with that lived-in feeling that makes you want to kick off your shoes immediately. The space is well thought out too – everything’s where you’d actually want it to be, not crammed into corners just to fit. I noticed the kitchenette has proper counter space, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to make morning coffee without creating chaos.

What really got me was how quiet it stays, even during what I’d guess are the busier times. The walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from next door, and the windows do a decent job keeping street noise to a minimum. The 7.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be some luxury experience, but it nails the fundamentals really well. The bed’s comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), the shower has actual water pressure, and the heating works without making those weird clicking sounds all night. Small things, but they add up. There’s something to be said for a place that just works without any drama – check-in was smooth, everything functioned as expected, and I didn’t have to call the front desk once during my stay. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need, especially if you’re using the place as a base to explore rather than somewhere to hang out all day. The location feels residential but not isolated, if that makes sense – like you’re staying somewhere real people actually live, not in some tourist bubble.

  The Parking in front of the location was very nice. We could walk from there and had good choices for food and nightlife also for good connections with the underground and bus.
  
  What could be improved: It wasn't very clean and the beds were terrible. But the rest was very nice.

  What could be improved: It was diffucult to find the apartment when we arrived late at night. The apartment was in between industrial sites, but there were normal apartment buildings on the other side of the road.
  
  Ikea is ok, but should not be the main part of the furnitures. The sofa beds were below standard.

  Lage war perfekt. Privatparkplatz Gold Wert. Willkommensgefühl durch Geschenke in Form von Getränke und Chips. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, was benötigt wird, wirklich top.
  
  What could be improved: Leider ist die Wohnung nicht so sauber gewesen. Schon oberflächlich zu sehen. Matratzen sollten erneuert werden. Federn deutlich zu spüren.

  Super Lage Reeperbahn Innenstadt Hafen alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und trotzdem echt ruhig.Das Apartment war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ein Kaffeevollautomat stand einsatzbereit zur Verfügung ein Astra und eine Fritz Cola standen zur Begrüßung bereit echt super. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist echt Gold wert. Check in und Check Out super einfach und unkompliziert falls wir noch Mal nach Hamburg fahren würden wir gerne wieder kommen

  Im Bad gibt es keine Heizung und im Wohn/Schlafraum gab es nur zwei Infarotheizkörper die sich nach kurzer Zeit selber ausschalteten.
