  Lovely room and facilities, good location and great food. Most of the staff were very friendly.
  
  What could be improved: We were asked to leave the breakfast TWO times. We have never been rushed and asked to leave the breakfast. We had invited two guesta to come and eat with us and we felt very embarrassed. We started eating at 8.30 and already at 9.10 a waitress started to ask us to leave! The breakfast was on until 10.30 so they were not about to close.

  I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic and all spoke English which was great since I don't speak German. The restaurant and bar staff were particularly exceptional and went out of their way to entertain my 4 year old daughter – thank you so much! The complimentary hotel shuttle was the best part – used it throughout our stay to pick and drop from the airport so we could catch the direct train into the city center. The swimming pool is small but really cute and clean – was a bit cold though. We didn't get to see everything we wanted during our short so we'll be returning to Hamburg and will definitely stay at the same hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The pillows are too small and relatively uncomfortable for my liking. I requested for extra ones and was given more small ones so well…it's what it is:-) Would be great if they could get standard sized pillows.
