  I stay at the Dorint Eppendorf when I am required for an early appointment at the University Clinic, which is next door. I always get exactly what I expect and usually more.
  
  What could be improved: There is nothing to not like, although I must say that hanging the hairdryer over the toilet roll is a bit odd. I never know what to do with the cord which interferes with the roller. This is true in every room I have stayed in. 😀

  What could be improved: When checking in a woman, please DO NOT say out her room number. It really creates an unsafe situation, where she can feel compromised. So please just hand the key card, and just say something like, have a good stay

  The room was large, with a good desk and chair. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice stand-in shower. It was a little on the worn side, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast (Sunday) was very good although it would be nice to be able to order from a menu in addition to the buffet.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was fine for a short stay, although if I were there to visit Hamburg, I wouldn't stay so far outside of the the city. We were just meeting friends for an evening who live in the area. The bar isn't comfortable, and no snacks available. I wouldn't plan on spending any time there. Only one small bottle of water in the room and no refrigerator.
