  God plads og nyrenoveret.
  
  What could be improved: Ekstrem ubehagelig oplevelse fordi naboerne banker på og klager, selvom vi bare snakker under middag. Stedet er SLET ikke godt at bruge som udlejning, hvis naboerne er så følsomme. Dårlig oplevelse.

  Die Wohnung war für uns optimal wegen der Anzahl Zimmer. Gute Lage mit vielen Bus-Anschlüssen.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Lärmpegel-Sensor. Wir wurden einmal angemahnt, obwohl wir keine Party oder sonstiges gefeiert haben. Mit Kindern kann es nicht immer 100 prozentig gesteuert werden…
  Relativ lauter Strassenverkehr, auch nachts. Da wir mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, war der Lärm sehr störend.
  Teilweise defekte Stühle. Die Lüftung im Gäste-WC ist auf Dauerbetrieb, die Lüftung im Badezimmer scheint defekt zu sein.
