  Our room had a perfect view of the Elbe and the harbor.

  Technically very good, very good light switches and lamps set up, warm water immediately, TV, etc. General stylish design of lobby, corridors, room. Location on the river, not far from center, 20-30 minutes of nice walk.
  
  What could be improved: A bit noisy water drain system, a bit small room. Not critical.
  But critical: very poor wifi in room and no mobile data reception (2nd floor). Had to go to lobby to phone by mobile data, because wifi is bad there too.

  Nice clean Room, the friendly and helpful reception, good Location was all to our liking.

  It was great rooms, clean, nice staff. It was incredibly good breakfast and drinks in the bar in the evening.
  
  What could be improved: There were no good beds, I got a lot of pain in my back after my stay. There was also no air conditioning, which was very bad when it was 30 degrees. A small fan didn't help much.

  What could be improved: I booked a room with a river view and we were given a room without, totally disappointing. The flushing system, not sure what it is makes a lot of noise when showering or using the toilet, that was very uncomfortable
