  What could be improved: There were few issues in the room, almost made it look haunted. TV wasn't always functional due to possibly heavy network usage (booked during conference), battery of the safe was depleted, one lamp was constantly blinking.

  Excellent location, cozy room, good facility and very friendly with professional trained staffs.

  The buffet breakfast was excellent (e.g., lots of hot and cold food choices, quality food, excellent service, longer service hours than some hotel breakfasts). Also, the location was extremely convenient near Dammator Station, the University, Alster Lake, and parks. We walked everywhere, although a taxi was always outside the entrance to the hotel. The fact that there was a spa there was nice, too.
