  Passable.
  
  What could be improved: Beds very soft, pillows bulky. The apartment is in the basement, and the heating was blasting because we are next to the central heating – you could not turn it off. What really disappointed me is that the baby bed was not set up by the staff. This is a basic thing, that makes life for a mom who's traveling with her baby much easier. For what it was, it was extremely expensive. We expected something nicer.

  Apartment has everything that needed for the stay – clean bed, towels, fan, kitchen utensils , clean bathroom
  
  What could be improved: Vaccum cleaner is missing if the stay is more than a day and if floor needs to be cleaned.

  wonderful apartments! and the location is wonderful, in the very center, close to attractions, the train station and shops. the apartments are very cozy and clean. lots of dishes. my family and I were super comfortable

  Reibungsloser Ablauf check in. Die Lage war wunderbar – Zentrumsnah und sehr ruhig. Küche war gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lüftungsgeräusche im Bad gingen sehr lang und leider automatisch. Wenn man nachts kurz auf die Toilette geht braucht man keine Lüftung und weckt damit alle auf.

  Gute Lage:
  10 min von Bahnhof Dammtor bzw. Außenalster.
  Check In völlig easy via Pin-Code.
  Praktisch aber vollständig eingerichtetes App.
  Getränke & Chips als Präsent des Vermieters – sehr schöne Idee!
  Bei Rückfragen sehr schneller email Kontakt zur Agentur.
  
  What could be improved: Waschmaschine ist vorhanden – top!

  Wie kann man die Wäsche trocknen ohne Trockner oder Wäscheständer?
  Leider noch nicht ganz durchdacht.
  
  Anwohnerparken im gesamten Umfeld!
  Längeres Parken nur in Parkhäusern (Tagessatz ca 30€!) möglich. Alternative: Auto weiter außerhalb parken und mit ÖPNV ins Zentrum und zum App. fahren.

  Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Hamburg.

  The location is central and perfect to visit Hamburg. The apartment was found clean, tidy and well furnished. Although located in the basement, the apartment is cozy, warm and well naturally-lit. The keys were easy to collect and the hosts have given us every needed information and assured we were having a good time.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we didn't 100% like was the fact that, when other people entered their own apartment in the same structured, the noise made it us feel as if they were entering our apartment. Of course this was not the case, but it was a bit frightening at times.
