  The receptionist was super friendly, they have 24h service and they did not mind that I arrived late at night for the check-in. He kindly helped me to sort out a food order and suggested different options of places available to deliver directly to the reception. The room was a bit small but comfortable, it had everything I needed. It was very clean and the bed was nice. The bathroom was also very clean. I can defiinitely recommend. It is located in a quiet area, therefore you can get a very good night sleep.

  What could be improved: most rooms don’t seem to have a “ Do NOT DISTURB” signs in the room , and the housekeeping often knocks on the hotel room door several times in tge morning ti see if you want your room “ to be made up” – it was disturbing at 8;00 am and then 10:00 am etc

  It is a quite location. Located near a restaurant and near the woods. I would describe it as being relaxing and not so near busy Hamburg.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was a bit small for me and it had a shower curtain. The ceiling had some cobwebs and the building looked quite old. Public transport did not run regularly so had to walk about 1 kilometre to get to u-bahn. The bar fridge didn't work properly.

  Nice restaurant with great food. Breakfast buffet was good but with a bit noisy environment. Very attentative and helpful staff.

  I needed a place to sleep for one night. My visit was at the time of the heat wave and the room stayed cool all through it and the bed was wonderful. My dog was treated friendly. Food was good and wine glasses filled generously
