  We slept better than at home! Even from the first night.
  
  The staff were among the friendliest I've ever experienced. We really liked that they were so diverse.
  
  The concern for the environment was excellent; the location and price just right for us; the room was smallish but well-laid out, easily navigable for two people. We liked the security features in the elevator, and that we could connect our computers to the large screen, using it as a monitor, e.g. to watch our choice of movies. The wi-fi was excellent, no problems at all with connection or bandwidth.
  
  It's a small detail, but we also liked that our room-carpet gave the exact geographical location of the hotel, down to the arc-minute of latitude and longitude. I can't say why, but that small detail made us feel…more settled, verortet, in our room. Generally the interior design had a nautical theme, which reminded us of Hamburg's long history of shipping.

  Very easy to reach by public transport. My room was on the street side and very quiet. The gym is very small but at least there is something and I was alone the whole time.
  
  What could be improved: Check in and check out process was very time consuming although I had entered all the data needed when booking. Especially during the check out I had to wait about 20 minutes because even though it was peak time for the check out (right after the breakfast all business trip guests were leaving) there was only one receptionist and I had to re-enter the info to get an invoice.

  Super clean, nice location close to the airport. High guality facilities and helpful staff.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast time finishs at 10 ok, but turning chairs on the tables at 10 o'clock?!!! was really annoying. It's not a really good impression for guests still having their remaining breakfast on the table. Staff could first start with taking food away and then come to chairs and clean the tables. Of course, this is a management issue 🙄
