  What could be improved: Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einer Wohnung, quasi wie in einer WG. Das Abschließen der FeWo war nicht möglich und einen Safe gab es auch nicht. So etwas muss man mögen und wir sind nicht mehr in dem Lebens-Alter.

  Geräumige Dreizimmer-FeWo im Dachgeschoss (Treppe, 44 Stufen) einer Jugendstil-Villa in einer ruhigen, gehobenen Wohnstraße im nördlichen Hamburger Stadtgebiet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn- und zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Duschbad und ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Alles ist picobello sauber und nicht abgenutzt.
  Die Gastgeber wohnen im selben Haus und sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
  Parken konnten wir auf dem Grundstück in der Garagenzufahrt. Unser Nullachtfuffzehn-Kombi passte dort prima hin; für etwas breitere Autos könnte es knapp werden.
  Anbindung an ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca 300 Meter entfernt, von dort sind es drei Stationen bis zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station.
