  Great location for the airport and easy to reach from the tram system. The room was welcoming and comfortable and very quiet. There's a paid for shuttle bus to the airport on the half hour but you need to go next door to the Marriot hotel to get it (I wasn't told that so missed one but the airport is barely five minutes drive away.)
  
  What could be improved: The bedroom floor creaked every time you stepped on it – and you could hear it creaking from other rooms. That really needs sorting out as it was so irritating. No kettle in the room but staff will make you hot water on request.

  The staff was really helpful and friendly. Helped us with all our needs. It’s a little dated but the quaintness of the hotel makes up for it. Would definitely stay there again. Close enough to the airport if you wanted to walk or you can take a shuttle.
