  Ideally located for getting public transport into hamburg. Great staff. Breakfast excellent. Room huge, bit hot and no air con in ours, with window open bit noisy as near motorway, other than that fab.

  The hotel is outside the city, so it's quiet and surrounded by nature, easily accessible over highway. The rooms are big and they even left a little welcome plate with a piece of cake for our arrival. The parking lot is large and costs 8€ per day. The breakfast is very rich and you can choose from a wide variety of products. The bed was comfortable. There is also a coffee machine in the room and a nice bar in the lobby with a good selection of drinks/cocktails. As well as a small 24/7 opened little kiosk with a snacks etc.
  The only thing I didn't like is the fact that there is no bedside table on one side so I had my phone on the floor. The TV is a bit old so there was no way to connect the phone to it.

  Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Ability to accommodate 3 of us together in one room. Good Gym gym and nice treadmill – always found it available. Good security. Just off motorway.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really. Others may have different wants and needs but I find the hotel suits us for an overnight stop on the way to Scandinavia. Were have stayed there for quite a few years now and have always been happy.
