The name literally tells you it’s a simple multi-bed apartment near the city center, and honestly, that’s what you get. No surprises, which is actually kind of refreshing in a world where hotels oversell everything.

I stayed here last spring when I needed something basic but well-located, and you know what? It delivered. The apartment sits in one of those quiet residential streets that tourists usually walk right past – the kind where you hear actual neighbors doing their thing instead of rolling suitcases at 3 AM. The setup is pretty straightforward: multiple beds (hence the “Mehrbett” bit), a functional kitchenette that’s seen better days but works fine, and a bathroom that’s clean even if the fixtures look like they’re from the early 2000s. The furniture has that slightly mismatched feel you get in family-owned places – not Instagram-perfect, but comfortable enough that you’re not thinking about it constantly.

What I actually liked most was how the place just… worked. The Wi-Fi was solid, the heating kicked in when you needed it, and there’s decent natural light during the day. The owners clearly aren’t trying to win any design awards, but they’ve got the basics covered without the fuss. Parking was easier than I expected for being so close to the city center – though I mean, this isn’t downtown proper, so that makes sense. You’re maybe a 15-minute walk from the main action, which honestly felt perfect after long days of sightseeing. Close enough that you’re not dealing with transit hassles, far enough that you can actually sleep without street noise keeping you up. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll find a decent bakery around the corner and maybe a small grocery store that stays open later than you’d expect. It’s the kind of area where locals actually live, not just where they put tourists. The 7.7 rating makes total sense to me – it’s above average because everything works and the location delivers, but it’s not pushing into luxury territory because, well, it’s not trying to. If you need something fancy or Instagram-worthy, keep looking. But if you want a clean, functional base that won’t eat your budget and puts you close to what you came to see, this place gets the job done without any drama.

  2 yaşındaki bebeğim için mama sandalyesi ve bebek yatağı olması çok iyiydi.
  
  What could be improved: Mutfakta ekipman yetersiz, en temel şeker, çay, kahve, sıvı yağ gibi gıdalar bile yok. kahve makinası var filtre var ama kahve yok.
  fırın yok ki bu çok büyük bi eksik.
  Banyoda şampuan yok çok büyük bi eksi.
  Çöp kovası dolduğunda çöplerimizi atamıyoruz çünkü yedek çöp poşeti bile yok. Havlu kağıt bitmeye yakındı daha ilk günden kullandık ve bitti.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Morgens wurde man herrlich von Hähnen geweckt. Die Lage ist erstaunlich ruhig und schön.
  
  What could be improved: Im Treppenhaus hat es sehr stark und unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, was unter der Wohnungstür leider auch in die Wohnung zog. Es war sehr unangenehm auch durchs Treppenhaus zu laufen.

  Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen.
  
  What could be improved: In het trappenhuis en in het appartement stonk het verschrikkelijk en erg doordringend naar verschaalde rook of een zwaar insectenverdelgingsmiddel. Daardoor de 1e nacht (zelfs met ramen open) nauwelijks geslapen. De dagen erna trok de stank langzaam weg dankzij open ramen en deuren …
  Écht erg jammer, want het appartement was verder prima, schoon en voldoende voorzien van keukenspullen.

  Küchen- und Bad-Ausstattung komplett und ok. Ruhige Lage und gut erreichbare ÖPNV-Verbindung. Lebensmittel-Discounter in unmittelbarer Nähe.
  
  What could be improved: Wasserdruck fällt ab bei z.B. Toilettenspülung oder ähnliches, auch in Nachbarwohnung, d.h. beim Duschen schwankend von kalt nach heiss. Kein heisses Wasser in der Küche. Schaltung und Verteilung der Lampen 50er Jahre.

  Fin beliggenhed i forhold til offentlig transport og indkøbsmuligheder. Pænt og ordentligt ved ankomst.
