  Die Lage ist perfekt. Sowohl was ÖfVis angeht, als auch zu Fuß vieles gut erreichbar.
  Edeka gleich ums Eck, Budni gleich drunter.
  Grundsätzlich auch süße Wohnung. Einfach aber schön eingerichtet.
  
  What could be improved: Für uns als Familie (3 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) für die 4 Nächte ausreichend. Es könnte aber etwas mehr Koch- und Putzausstattung geben. Etwas mehr Kochutensilien und vor allem ein paar Grundgewürze, wie Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, Öl und Essig. Wie es in anderen Ferienwohnungen üblich ist. Auch Putz und Spüllappen und Schwämme, sowie Geschirrtücher wären nicht schlecht.
  Das FutonSofa im Wohn- Küchenbereich ist sehr unpraktisch und die Auflage verrutscht ständig.
  Das Schlafsofa im Schlafzimmer ist zwar sehr bequem, aber sehr unpraktisch, da es ausgeklappt den Zugriff zum Schrank unmöglich macht und die Tür auch nicht mehr ganz aufgeht.
  Besser wäre, wie auf den Fotos auch zu sehen, ein Einzelbett hinter die Tür und das Schlafsofa in den Wohnbereich.
  Für 6 Personen würde ich diese Wohnung auf gar keinen Fall nutzen wollen, bzw. ist nahezu unmöglich.
  Maximal für 4 Erwachsene.
  Das kleine Ceranfeld sollte auch dringend ausgetauscht werden. Hatte leider mehrere Sprünge.
  Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten, z.B. ein Garderobenständer mit Schuhablage wäre nicht schlecht und eine Ablage in der Dusche wäre auch gut.
  Die Heizung im Wohn- Küchenbereich hat sich leider auch nicht runterdrehen lassen.

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Rote Flora ist nur 15 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, somit war der Weg zum Musical stressfrei und entspannend.
  
  What could be improved: Die Zimmer sind recht klein, wenn man sich gut untereinander als 5er Gruppe versteht, ist der Aufenthalt in den Räumlichkeiten machbar. Leider sind die Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig. Die Dusche war auch recht empfindlich, entweder war das Wasser zu kalt oder zu heiß.
