  Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnungsübergabe war bestens organisiert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

  What could be improved: In der Annonce war kein Hinweis auf 4. Etage, ohne Lift, 72 Stufen!! Für ältere Personen sehr anstrengend. Sehr kleines und enges Badezimmer mit WC. Moderne Küche ohne Esstisch nur mit Arbeitsinsel. Sehr großer Fernseher aber schwierig zu bedienen.

  Sauber und modern, eine schöne Wohnung für zwei. Schlüsselübergabe von Vermieter hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, überhaupt keine Lärmbelästigung.
  
  What could be improved: Wohnung ist leider im vierten Stock und es ist kein Aufzug im Haus. Bad schön doch sehr eng und nicht viel Platz.
