The room I stayed in was clean, well-designed, and had everything I actually needed — not a bunch of stuff I’d never use. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the whole space feels thoughtfully put together rather than just thrown together with generic hotel furniture. What impressed me was how they managed to make a relatively compact space feel open and functional. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but you’d be surprised how many places still mess this up. Every detail seemed carefully considered.

Mornings here are pretty great — there’s a solid breakfast setup that gets you going without being overwhelming. The restaurant area has a relaxed vibe where you can actually sit and plan your day without feeling rushed. I found myself lingering over coffee more than usual, partly because the atmosphere was just right for it.   Everything about my stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.   The location of the hotel is just perfect, in a very cool and vibrant part of Hamburg. The hotel is really neat, and the rooms are clean, cosy and very quiet – and also there are provided good advice for restaurants and things to do in the area on small notes in the room. The personnel in the reception also gave good advice on alternative ferry routes and what to see.

  We had an amazing stay at MyPlace Hotel. The staff was so nice and talkative and they made sure we felt at home. The room we booked was super clean, modern and cozy and we loved the placement of the hotel. The hotel is on a quiet street but if you walk around the corner you are in the most lovely area in Hamborg.

  Clean & warm, quiet location and still so very close to central Hamburg, friendly and helpful staff. Finding NYE complementary doughnuts on the table was such a sweet touch. Great recommendations of where to go and what to do in Hamburg.
  
  What could be improved: Stayed for 3 nights, no housekeeping during the stay (there was only one small bin provided in the bathroom that got full after the first night; it would have been also nice to get new towels at least once)
