  Very comfortable and spacious two room apartment with a bedroom and living room in the latter a large sleeping sofa, also large bathroom and separate kitchen ( equipment on demand) in a house very near to Hamburg Zoo and U Bahn station, the building surrounded by a green and quiet area, there is a restaurant and bar inside, and a large swimming pool in the basement with a window facing the garden, friendly staff

  What could be improved: Not having any plates, teaspoons or equip.ent/facilities for boiling water, cooking or simply eating! A few basic plates, bowls, cups, spoons etc are surly not a large costly outcome

  Nice spacious apartment style room. The beds were comfortable and there was ample room for a family on pull out sofa beds. The breakfast selection was excellent and there was lots to choose from. There was fresh towels for the swimming pool and leisure area and the pool could be used for a short time after checkout. Which was very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: Directions to the hotel on Google were poor and ended up sending us to the wrong place. The receptionist was quite rude when we arrived from the wrong section of the hotel. Which was clearly not our intention. The remainder of the stay was pleasant.

  It was absolutely clean, the location is next to the zoo and very close to the metro and daily shopping is just across the road. Parking is free in the closest parking space however it could be a bit risky to find it it if you are reaching late in evening else you need to park in basement parking which is 12 euros per night
  
  What could be improved: There should be double beds in the facility instead of sofa bed , the quality of the mattress is okay for 1 day but if staying for longer then not super good . I other room there are 2 beds which are OK but then you can not sleep with your partner

  Comfortable apartment, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Dishes and other kitchen utensils – for an additional fee of 6 euros. Cleaning is daily. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant, but we did not visit. There is free ground parking and paid underground parking.
  
  What could be improved: One evening a very noisy group moved into the room next to ours. They shouted until 3am so loudly that we couldn't sleep. A phone call to the reception didn't help.

  Very cosy and huge apartment, possible breakfast included with variety of options. Helpful workers at reception. Nice place for stay. Great area to walkby
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen basically did not include anything. You can request it for additional price, but what sense of having kitchen without anything. Basically it's just as hotel room
