  Excellent location for anyone flying in or out of the Hamburg airport. It’s just a short walk to the airport from the hotel. The rooms themselves are large with beautiful bathrooms and bathtubs.
  
  What could be improved: Quite expensive and they really pushed their restaurant which was very expensive. We had only one coffee pod in our room and asked for another and were turned down.

  The hotel is very good for those who want to be close to the airport (maybe to catch an early flight). Room is spacious. The staff is polite and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The sound isolation is terrible. We could hear everything people from the room next to us were saying. That could definetly be improved. For those who want to sleep, maybe this is not a good option

  We stayed for one night a day before our flight. Main advanatge is definetly the hotel's location right across the road from the terminal. We could literally leave for the flight the next morning 5 minutes before to get there on time, no additional transportation needed. Also great advantage is the possibilty to reach the trains to visit the city directly from the terminal. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet (no airplanes were heard during the stay, which was a bit troubling at first since we were traveling with a baby) and the staff at the reception desk were extremly helful. We got there at 10:00 am and were furtunetly lucky enough to get the room prior to official check-in hours. More to the point the suite we had was super comfortable, big in size and was a great ending to our vacation.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing is that we wanted to have breakfast in the room before leaving the next day. We left the reservation on the outer doorknob as asked, but the next morning we woke up just to realized it was missed 🙁
