  What could be improved: We liked everything! Just a small remark on the evening staff at the reception on the day before my checkout, I made sure to remember my early checkout and the request for a packed lunch made on arrival, and this was not transmitted to the kitchen, which made us wait for an extra 12minutes before leaving to the station. But since we had a buffer time, this was no issue and we could arrive on time for our train home and enjoyed a tasty and fulfilling packed lunch 🙂

  Excellent lo action for me . Right side office with many choices of F&B . Hotel lobby looks so pretty and I felt safe to stay there as a solo traveller .

  What could be improved: The AC doesn’t really work, it is a cooling system not really an AC. This wasn’t explained to us until I complained.

  The interior and facilities matches its 5 star rating. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. It’s in the middle of city but with window closed, very quiet!
  
  What could be improved: Maybe it’s due to mistranslation: when I booked the hotel, it stated “child stays for free”. My kid is 7 years old, and I need to ask an extra bed, but it’s charged an extra 40 euro. I really don’t mind being charged however the. What exactly it’s for free for a kid to stay then? Using the elevator and water?
  
  The staff is very polite but distant. I don’t want go further why is it so but general feel distant.
