  Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht zu Fuß die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
  Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden zum einem direkt in der Straße.
  
  What could be improved: Vorab möchte ich betonen, das ich sehr viel in Ferienwohnungen/Hotels/ kleine Unterkünfte bin.
  Somit hat man schon einiges an Erfahrungen gesammelt und man erwartet einen Minimum an Standards im Bereich Hygiene/Sicherheit.
  
  Diese Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem derart schlechten hygienischen Zustand, das mich ernsthaft Frage wie man als Vermieter dies so hinnehmen kann, da man ja auch weitere
  Gäste erwarten möchte und entsprechend Geld verdienen will.
  1. Badezimmer: alle Ablagen (Waschbecken, Badewanne, Toilette) waren mit dicken schwarzen Staub bedeckt, sowie Haaren. Die Toilette war zusätzlich von Außen mit Urin verschmutzt. Der Fußboden war auch mit schwarzen Staub und undefinierbaren Flecken beschmutzt.
  Der Spiegel und Waschbecken unterschrank auch völlig verdreckt.
  
  Küche: beide Küchenzeilen waren klebrig/staubig. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch die Reste des vorherigen Gastes.
  Kühlschrank schloss nicht vernünftig.
  Küchenfenster samt eingelassenen Rahmen, fällt aus der Verankerung.
  
  Schlafzimmer: Matratze hatte keinen Matratzenschoner, wo man durch dem Dünnen Bettlaken gelbe Flecken erkennen konnte.
  Es wurden zusammen gefaltete Handtücher auf das Bett gelegt, die noch nass waren, entsprechend hatte die Bettwäsche schwarze Stockflecken.
  
  In jedem Schrank befand sich schwarzer Staub und Dreck. Selbst die Fußbodenleisten waren voll damit.
  
  Es gab eine halbe Toilettenpapierrolle und eine Küchenrolle, keine Geschirrhandtücher.
  Zudem ist sehr auffällig an den Fenstern, das diese Wohnung Problematiken hat was Regenwasser betrifft, hier liegt definitiv ein Wasserschaden vor.
  
  Ein halbschimmelndes Bild beschmiert mit kleinen Fliegen hing im Flur. Ein Stuhl war vorhanden der mal abgesehen von Kratzern, irgendwelche undefinierbaren Flecken aufwies.
  Die Lagerung der Bettwäsche samt der Bettdecken/Kissen ist auch mehr als Fraglich gewesen.

  Echange rapide avec le propriétaire. Accès rapide à 2 bus différents pour rejoindre le centre de Hambourg. Endroit très calme. Petit balcon même si on ne s'en est pas servi.
  
  What could be improved: Nous avions réservé pour 4 mais il y avait seulement le linge de lit pour 3. Après réclamation ce qui manquait a été apporté le lendemain. Le lit n'était pas très confortable.

  Das Apartment war sauber, warm und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und ein schönes Wochenende in Hamburg braucht.
  
  What could be improved: Denn alles war absolut praktisch: gute Lage, Aldi-Markt in der Nähe, man kann selbst kochen, das Auto auch sicher im Hof ​​parken.
