  Temiz aile içim uygun, hatta kalabalık grup için bile uygun bir yer. Biz geniş bir aracımız olduğu için merkezin yakınını istemedik park sorunu yaşamamak için. Evin kendi parkı yok ama çevresi park için uygun.

  The apartment is located in a very calm and safe neighborhood, it is very close to the metro station and the bus stop which you can go anywhere in Hamburg with in a matter of minutes. When we arrived the apartment was cleaned and tidided up + there were snacks and beverages waiting for us as a welcome. The staff has been really nice and communicative, answering every question i had. All in all it was an amazing experince traveling to Hamburg with a large group of friends and getting to experince the beauty of the city. Definitely would recommend.

  Bombardement of messages trough mail and whatsapp for an additional payment of 150 euro as warranty. Because of holiday, i wasnt able to check the messages until the day im back and that was the day of my check in. payment only possible with credit card. I didnt have one, no payment = no check in. Rude customer service, absolutely horrendous. Basically told me that I should find a credit card or sleep on the street.
