Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Spacious Two BR Close To Stadtpark and Street Parking,” I thought it sounded more like a Craigslist ad than a hotel. But you know what? Sometimes the places with awkward names turn out to be exactly what you need, and this one’s actually a solid find if you’re looking for space and don’t mind a no-frills approach.

The apartment really is spacious – I mean, genuinely roomy, not that “cozy” nonsense that usually means you’ll be bumping into walls. Two proper bedrooms, and the living area has enough space that you can actually spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living in a suitcase. The kitchen’s functional too, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out in Vienna every meal gets expensive fast. Nothing fancy, but it’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Billa down the street and make breakfast before heading out. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical hotel, which I actually preferred – though I know some people want that full-service hotel experience with concierge and daily housekeeping.

What really sold me on this place was the Stadtpark location. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from one of Vienna’s prettiest parks, and if you’re there in spring or early summer, those morning runs along the paths are incredible. Plus – and this is huge if you’re driving – street parking that doesn’t cost a kidney. I spent way too much time on previous trips circling blocks looking for parking or paying through the nose for hotel garages. Here, you’ll find spots pretty easily, especially if you’re willing to walk a block or two. The neighborhood’s quiet enough that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise, but you’re still close enough to the action that getting to the city center is just a quick tram ride. Actually, the tram stop’s maybe three blocks away, and once you figure out the line, you’re golden. Fair warning though – the building itself is pretty typical Vienna residential, so don’t expect a fancy lobby or anything. Check-in was straightforward but not exactly warm and fuzzy, more like “here are your keys, WiFi password is on the counter, questions?” But honestly, for the price and the space, I wasn’t looking for someone to carry my bags anyway.

  The apartment is located in a very calm and safe neighborhood, it is very close to the metro station and the bus stop which you can go anywhere in Hamburg with in a matter of minutes. When we arrived the apartment was cleaned and tidided up + there were snacks and beverages waiting for us as a welcome. The staff has been really nice and communicative, answering every question i had. All in all it was an amazing experince traveling to Hamburg with a large group of friends and getting to experince the beauty of the city. Definitely would recommend.

  Bombardement of messages trough mail and whatsapp for an additional payment of 150 euro as warranty. Because of holiday, i wasnt able to check the messages until the day im back and that was the day of my check in. payment only possible with credit card. I didnt have one, no payment = no check in. Rude customer service, absolutely horrendous. Basically told me that I should find a credit card or sleep on the street.
