  Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo czysto
  
  What could be improved: Mieszkanie w piwnicy wiec mało światła. Kiepska Pompa do wody w odpływach więc szybko się zatykały, wszystkie na raz w toalecie, pod prysznicem i w kuchni.

  What could be improved: Fenster nach draußen haben Milchglas – mir wäre Klarglas lieber (mit Vorhang zum Zuziehen), weil man sich etwas eingesperrt fühlt dadurch, daß man nicht herausschauen kann. Wasserpumpe im Bad macht ein Geräusch – wir konnten damit gut leben empfindsame Menschen mag dies stören

  A localização era excelente, o apartamento era confortável, limpo, e sem ruído. Não faltava qualquer tipo de equipamento, e o aquecimento funcionava muito bem. As camas eram boas, tinha uma mesa para trabalhar e fazer refeições, tudo ótimo.
  
  What could be improved: O ralo do chuveiro estava avariado e era preciso ter muito cuidado ao tomar banho para evitar que a água transbordasse o que acontecia passados dois ou três minutos. Por outro lado, houve um atraso significativo no check-in (cerca de três quartos de hora, o que se compreende) mas no check out bateram-nos à porta faltavam cinco minutos para as dez da manhã, o que apesar de estarmos prontos nos pareceu excessivamente rigoroso (o check out era entre as nove e as dez).

  the kitchen is very well prepared, which is very practical for longer stays or someone with kids.
  the apartment is beautifully decorated , nice quiet location with many nice cafes in the area and not too far from U bahn station
  
  What could be improved: the sofa bed was not very comfortable, for the price I would expect a proper bed 🙁 we were four and only two got to sleep comfortably. also it wasn't mentioned before booking that a safety deposit payment is a must before checking in.

  We only stayed for 2 nights, but it was sufficiently comfortable even for the 4 of us. Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Great value for our money.

  construction going on around the property. after taking that much of money and also tbe car details, I anticipated that they provide parking tickets but it was not the case..
  one of the two attached beds was broken. no bedsheets were put on the mattress.
  The worst part is the apartment is kind of in the basement and one does not recognise
  about this fact from the pictures. so no fresh air
  and every time you or your neighbours open water
  tap, it makes so much noise, I guess due to the
  vacuum suction system for the water! my daughter was all the
  time scared of that noise. not at all recommended
  for the family and not at all worth of almost 200 euros I paid/night..
