  Lovely area, if you don't have much luggage it's just a 15 min walk from the S-bahn line that runs to the airport. Quiet, comfortable.

  Modern, stylish, clean, quiet, equipped with everything you need. Close to the city but in a quiet area. Aldi/Lidl at a walking distance. There is a restaurant in the same location too. Easy check-in/check-out. I would’ve loved a bit more heating and a bit more lighting downstairs, but overall, it deserves a 10+.

  The studio was modern and easy to access. There were plates and cutlery. Good airconditioning. The parking was also very well situated next to the studio. The site is also quiet and peaceful. It’s nice that the bedroom is situated above the livingroom.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was a bit hard. I did not have any problems with it, but my husband who has a sensitive neck/back slept quite badly. The only facility we’ve missed was a ligt above the cooking plate.

  Very nice and clean rooms/apartments. Also very nice staff. We did not receive a code, the reason is unknown, so we were told to call on arrival. They were quick to answer and let us in by opening the doors remotely.
  
  What could be improved: One of our rooms were not ready upon arrival. We arrival 15:15, and our second room was not ready for a while after. Also, the "key" we received did not work, so we had to call again to get the codes for the doors. (PS: The rooms have a large glass shower that faces both the bed and the stairs, so not very private. (the rooms are probably meant for couples) We are a friend group, and did not know this when booking. It was not a big problem, we just had to stay on the lower floor while people were showering. However, it did make it a bit complicated when it came to showering in the morning and a bit more time consuming.)

  This was an excellent find for traveling to DESY. A short walk to the lab, a few restaurants nearby, and a couple of grocery stores nearby too. The room was well configured. I was not sure how the split level was going to feel but it ended up being super nice. Also in a nice section of town for running just a mile or two from the river walk path.
