Okay, so this place isn’t technically a hotel – it’s more like staying at your fun friend’s apartment, if your friend happened to have a massive 150 square meter loft with a table tennis setup that’ll make you forget about your flight home. I mean, the name literally tells you what you’re getting: ping pong, darts, and foosball all under one roof. It’s honestly refreshing when a place just cuts through the fancy marketing speak and says “hey, we’ve got games and space.”

The loft itself is pretty impressive – 150 square meters gives you room to actually spread out, which is rare these days. You know what I loved? There’s enough space that you can have a proper tournament going on one side while someone else is chilling on the couch without feeling cramped. The dart board is positioned well too (clearly someone thought about safety and furniture placement), and the foosball table is one of those solid ones that doesn’t wobble when things get competitive. The table tennis setup surprised me most though – it’s not some flimsy fold-up thing but an actual decent table where you can play proper games without the ball bouncing weird.

Look, it’s got a 3-star rating and honestly, that feels about right – this isn’t luxury accommodation with marble bathrooms and Egyptian cotton sheets. What it is, though, is a place where you’ll actually want to hang out instead of just crash for the night. The 7.7 rating makes sense too; it’s clearly doing something right, probably because it delivers exactly what it promises without trying to be something it’s not. I’d say it’s perfect for groups of friends, maybe people in town for a conference who want somewhere to unwind, or honestly anyone who gets restless in typical hotel rooms. The space has this relaxed vibe that makes you want to order takeout and settle in for the evening. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – but if you’re the type of person drawn to a loft with game tables, you probably weren’t looking for that stuff anyway.

  Great location close to underground, bright & airy
  
  What could be improved: We were expecting 5 bedrooms there were only 4 and no sofa bed in the living room.

  What could be improved: There were no sheets on several beds. The landlord wrote me to say that he would bring sheets but we were on our way to the restaurant and I saw the message quite late. He left the sheets outside, in the rain.

  Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und man kann die nächste UBahn/Bus Station zu Fuß erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Außerdem steht direkt an der Unterlunft ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Bei unserer Anreise war alles sehr schön hergerichtet, aufgeräumt und sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Ein paar mehr Küchenhandtücher oder Küchenrolle wären nett gewesen.

  Davide war immer gut zu erreichen und ging auch schon im Vorfeld auf alle Wünsche ein. Ich würde die Unterkunft jeder größeren Gruppe weiterempfehlen! Danke für die gute Organisation!
  Die Lage ist wirklich top, die S-Bahn (nur 1 Station vom Hbf) st gut zu erreichen und ein Penny Supermarkt ist fußläufig.
  
  What could be improved: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war schon happig, vor allem wenn man noch Bettwäsche und Handtücher zahlt. Alles im allem kommen wir aber sehr gerne wieder!

  What could be improved: Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber
  Der Geschirrspüler stank , da Essensreste noch vorhanden waren
  Auf den Fensterbänken waren noch Krümel und es klebte von den Getränke Reste der Vormieter.
  Die Heizungen haben nicht funktioniert Die Wohnung war kalt und das im Dezember
  Die Tischtennisplatte war nicht vorhanden leider gab es nur ein Sofa. Für eine große Gruppe wie bei uns leider nicht ausreichend
  Dart konnte an nicht spielen weil die Hälfte fehlte
  Der Kühlschrank war dreckig , Essensreste von Salat klebten an der Rückwand
  Den Code für den Schlüssel Kasten bekamen wir erst nach 15:00 Uhr weil wir den Vermieter angeschrieben haben
