  Breakfast was plentiful. Kids love the "make your waffle" station.
  The staff is very helpful. The fridge in our room wasn't functioning. reported it and it was replaced immediately.
  Since we had a room not facing the street, it was also quiet.
  Very good experience!
  
  What could be improved: The walk from the station is not very pleasant, I would recommend taking the U-Bahn to the station "Berliner Tor" and then walking from this station to the hotel. The distance is the same as from HBF but the road seems cleaner and safer.

  Comfort plus room was quiet big and comfortable. The front desk personnel was so sweet she gave us a room upgrade!🙂

  Central location. Very clean.

  The property was in close proximity to the train station and a 10 minute walk into the main part of town. The staff were polite and friendly. Very much enjoyed the biscuits provided upon leaving and was a nice gift. The breakfast had all the usual items and enough for all types of diets.
