You’re actually in a proper residential area where locals live and work, which means real bakeries, neighborhood cafes, and that genuine city vibe. The location consistently gets high marks from guests (couples especially seem to rate it around 8.8), and I can see why. You’ve got excellent public transport connections that’ll get you to the Speicherstadt or St. Pauli in no time, but when you come back in the evening, you’re in this quieter, more livable part of the city.

  In terms of rooms, we had a very pleasant stay at our twin room. The beds were comfy, we had a bathtub, the rooms were kept clean and looked after. Quite lovely actually. In terms of breakfast, the staff was very kind and offered a good range of meats, eggs, sweets and so on. They even made something at the request of my friend, to make him a bowl of oatmeal, using water, due to his diet. Quite accommodating.
  
  What could be improved: Can't really say there was something I disliked about my stay there. Perhaps the parking passage was a bit tight and at an incline, but otherwise, nothing really too noteworthy!

  I recently stayed in a beautifully, newly renovated room that had a fresh, bright atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were pillows available in different thicknesses to suit individual preferences. A nice touch was the complimentary bottle of water, some sweets, and coffee in the room, which added to the overall experience.
  
  The breakfast was outstanding—exceptionally varied and of very high quality, making it an absolute must for any guest. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay from the moment we arrived.

  What could be improved: The hotel consists of multiple buildings, which are connected by various staircases and elevators. The parking garage is located at the lowest level and can also be accessed via several stairs and/or elevators, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.
  
  We also experienced a misunderstanding during breakfast regarding the number of guests. The hotel had only one person listed, while our Booking.com confirmation clearly indicated two guests. Although the hotel eventually resolved the issue with apologies, it led to an uncomfortable discussion with the breakfast staff in a crowded breakfast area.
