  Room was cozy and big (forth floor – 41), has big bath. People were so warm, breakfast was very good.
  
  What could be improved: Location is very bad and not safe i think especially for families with kid. Hotel has not elevator, and there was not any refrigirator in the room.

  Very convenient to railway station . Also , when renting or returning a Europcar rental, this location does get any better.
  Incredibly clean, very comfy beds, quiet location. Nicely decorated.

  Family-run small guest house only 200m from Haupbahnhof – ace location. Flexible to retain baggage after check-out, enabling hands-free time in Hamburg. Great room. Good food.
