  The staff, the cleanliness, the free parking lot, the distance to the closest underground station ant to the mall.

  What could be improved: There was no kettle in the room, when requested, it was rejected straightaway! There was a mini bar in the room with no drink in it 🙂 at the point of check out they asked if we have used anything from the mini bar!
