  Fantastic stay!
  We got a wheelchair accessible room, as we asked for by email.
  Perfectly fine room with a large bathroom.
  Wide-enough doorway, roll-in shower, grab bars in the bathroom, lower bed, ample turning space for wheelchair.
  Friendly staff, willing to help with a smile.
  Very fast check in and check out.
  At the arrival we were very impressed by the responsiveness of the receptionist Carmilla🤩
  She was very polite and helpful. We could park our minibus with a lift on the reserved busparking, it is very important to have a good parking place for the wheelchair user.
  We love hotel Leonardo very much: good price,
  easy to find, quiet location, clean room, great breakfast.
  We highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back.

  Very spacious and comfortable room — the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I was able to check in early, which was a big plus. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food and drinks.
  
  I mostly used Uber and taxis to get around, but the location is convenient, with a bus stop very close by.
  
  What could be improved: slightly far to go on foot from the S-bahn station because of roud-work. Nothing bad for the hotel itself.

  Room is spacious and quiet, you barely hear any noise overnight (only if ambulance passes by).
  Gym is really good and has all you need for a short stay.
  Sauna is perfect, it also has a nice wellness area to relax.
