  Freundlicher Empfang durch Getränke und Café und ein paar Süßigkeiten . Es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung und sie ist mit ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen.

  What could be improved: The only thing that I think could be improved is the bed situation . Instead of a double bed it is 2 singles and they could be a bit better.
