  What could be improved: Nepatīkams pārsteigums bija dienu pirms viesnīcas rezervējuma uzzināt, ka jāmaksā arī drošības nauda 150 eiro.
  Ierodoties apartamentos, nācās bildēt visas telpas un traukus savam sirds mieram, lai izvairītos no nepatīkamiem starpgadījumiem, jo apartamenti ir tādi "apbružāti", un trauku skaits realitātē atšķirās no sarakstiem uz skapīšu durvīm.
  Ielidojām agri no rīta – lūgums, vai būtu iespējams atstāt koferus pirms reģistrēšanās, tika noraidīts. Ceļojot pa viesmīlīgo Itāliju, mums vienmēr ir bijusi daudz pretīmnākošāka pieredze.

  Positiv war der zugehörige Parkplatz und die gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sowie der Zugang mit Schlüsselcode. Es war sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Hochstuhl sowie Reisebett für Kinder vorhanden.
  
  Negativ ist, dass es keinerlei Möglichkeiten im Bad gibt, Handtücher aufzuhängen. Haken fehlen komplett im Bad. Als wir am Sonntagabend ankamen, war die Wohnung nur teilweise gereinigt und niemand mehr vor Ort. Nach mehreren Anrufen beim Support, dauerte es noch eine Stunde bis Reinigungspersonal die Arbeiten fortsetzte. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren gereinigt, zeigten aber noch Verunreinigungen.

  What could be improved: Der Duschvorhang war viel zu kurz und das Bad stand danach unter Wasser. Die Tassen waren komplett schmutzig im Schrank. Es gab keine Schere. Das Reinigungsteam stand trotz bestätigtem Checkout von 12:30 Uhr schon um 10:30 Uhr ohne Klingeln plötzlich mitten in der Wohnung.

  Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut um die Stadt Hamburg zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, was sehr von Vorteil ist.

  Sehr hübsche Wohnung. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Wir waren mit 3 großen Kindern (ca. 15 Jahre) unterwegs und hatten genug Platz. Es fehlte allerdings ein Stuhl für die 5. Person. Es sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern
  In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch eine Apotheke. Nicht weit weg ist ein Park, in dem man prima joggen kann.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist nicht perfekt. Öffentlich kommt man nur mit dem Bus in die Nähe, nicht mit der Bahn.
  Das Badezimmer ist leider das größte Manko. Es ist sehr klein. Die Dusche hat nur einen Duschvorhang, wodurch nach dem Duschen das halbe Badezimmer nass ist. Die Lüftung des Badezimmers ohne Fenster scheint die Feuchtigkeit nicht komplett weg zu bekommen, wodurch es kleiner Verfärbungen in einigen Ecken gibt (nicht sehr ausgeprägt).
