This little gem sits in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood, which I loved because you’re not drowning in tourist noise at 2 AM. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense German construction vibe – thick walls that actually keep sound out (trust me, I’m a light sleeper). When you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of… well, home, I guess. The space is smartly designed – everything has its place without feeling fussy about it. The kitchen area is small but functional, and I mean actually functional, not just-a-mini-fridge-and-pray functional. You can cook a real meal if you want to, though honestly, exploring the local food scene is half the fun.

What really struck me was how thoughtfully put together everything felt. The bed was genuinely comfortable – not just hotel-marketing comfortable – and the whole place had this lived-in quality that made it easy to settle in. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, with good water pressure (seriously underrated until you don’t have it). I particularly appreciated the little touches that showed someone actually thought about what travelers need: proper lighting for reading, enough outlets in the right places, decent Wi-Fi that didn’t cut out every ten minutes. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet during the week, though weekends can get a bit livelier – nothing crazy, just people actually living their lives around you. Parking was straightforward when I visited, but I’d probably ask about it ahead of time during busier seasons. Check-in was smooth and personal – felt like staying with someone who actually cares that you have a good time, rather than just processing another booking. For the price point and that 8.1 rating, it makes total sense. It’s not trying to be fancy or impressive, just genuinely comfortable and well-thought-out. Perfect for couples who want a real base to explore from, rather than just a place to crash between tourist activities.

  War fast alles top, abends duschen ging nicht Wasser nur knapp lauwarm .
  Kein Parkplatz .. tägliche suche , dann Fussweg 5-10min bei trockenem Wetter ok ..bei nässe nicht so angenehm.

  Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles neu. Alles stilsicher im Landhausstil. Kochgeschirr alles da. Oft fehlen ja Siebe, scharfe Messer oder große Pfannen. Alles war aber da.
  Toller guter Stadtteil, U-Bahn fußläufig unter 10 Minuten. Mit der S1 fährt man ohne umsteigen 30 Minuten bis in die Stadt.
  
  What could be improved: Hellhörig, etwas zu kleines Bett für 2, weil nur 1,40m. Man kann sich aber arrangieren.
