This little 3-star spot turned out to be exactly what I needed, even if it took me a minute to find it since the address situation online is… well, let’s just say it’s a bit vague.

What I loved about this place is that it actually feels like staying in someone’s well-maintained apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious – I mean, you can actually walk around the bed without doing that awkward sideways shuffle thing. And having two full bathrooms? Game changer, especially if you’re traveling with family or friends who take forever to get ready (you know who you are). The morning routine became so much smoother, and honestly, that alone bumped up my whole experience. The kitchen setup is pretty decent too – not fancy, but functional enough that I could make proper coffee in the morning instead of relying on those sad little hotel packets.

The 7.8 rating makes total sense to me because this isn’t a place trying to be something it’s not. It’s comfortable, clean, and practical without any pretentious frills. I actually appreciated that – sometimes you just want a solid base where you can spread out your stuff, do some laundry if needed, and feel somewhat settled. The check-in process was straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming the exact location ahead of time since the online listing could be clearer about that. Parking wasn’t an issue when I was there, but I visited during what seemed like a quieter season. The neighborhood felt safe for evening walks, and I noticed several locals seemed to know the area well, which is always a good sign. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards, and the WiFi had its moments, but for the price point and the space you get, it’s a solid choice. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel stay, and you don’t need fancy amenities or room service, this place delivers on the basics really well.

  Location was perfect, ideal. Apartment was very spacious and the beds very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Layout in living room could have been better. Dining table would be better at other side of room, away from the TV,
  and both loungers moved to other side of room. Maybe having a sofa bed instead of a large bed would give extra
  comfy seating in living room. Elsewhere in the property was great.

  While the apartment itself was [ e.g., clean, spacious, etc.], it wasn't very child-friendly. The noise restrictions imposed by the neighbours, particularly starting at 7:00 PM, were quite strict, even though the stated rule was 10 PM. We were concerned about disturbing our infant child. So, from my experience, this is not a kid-friendly apartment.

  The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, especially for guests who don't have credit cards. The requirement to have a credit card was not clearly stated in the house rules which significantly delayed the process.
  
  3. Kitchen Amenities:
  
  The kitchen lacked essential supplies like sugar, pepper, salt and tea. Having to immediately visit a grocery store upon arrival was inconvenient.
  
  Overall, while the apartment itself was in a good location, the surrounding circumstances and the check-in process were less than ideal, particularly for families with young children.

  2. Датчики на звук или что-то в этом роде (видео не в курсе)- нарушает мою конфиденциальность
