    What could be improved: 1. Family-Friendliness:

    While the apartment itself was [ e.g., clean, spacious, etc.], it wasn't very child-friendly. The noise restrictions imposed by the neighbours, particularly starting at 7:00 PM, were quite strict, even though the stated rule was 10 PM. We were concerned about disturbing our infant child. So, from my experience, this is not a kid-friendly apartment.

    2. Check-in Process:

    The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, especially for guests who don't have credit cards. The requirement to have a credit card was not clearly stated in the house rules which significantly delayed the process.

    3. Kitchen Amenities:

    The kitchen lacked essential supplies like sugar, pepper, salt and tea. Having to immediately visit a grocery store upon arrival was inconvenient.

    Overall, while the apartment itself was in a good location, the surrounding circumstances and the check-in process were less than ideal, particularly for families with young children.

    What could be improved: Price is too high for what it is: a very basic, dark appartment with only one bathroom

    Location was perfect, ideal. Apartment was very spacious and the beds very comfortable.

    What could be improved: Layout in living room could have been better. Dining table would be better at other side of room, away from the TV,
    and both loungers moved to other side of room. Maybe having a sofa bed instead of a large bed would give extra
    comfy seating in living room. Elsewhere in the property was great.
