My room had this clean, modern aesthetic that felt genuinely comfortable rather than showroom-perfect. The beds are proper quality — you know how some hotels cheap out on mattresses? Not here. What I loved was the attention to small details: decent lighting for actually reading, enough outlets where you need them, and windows that actually open (which sounds basic but you’d be surprised). The bathrooms are well-designed too, with good water pressure and space to spread out your stuff without everything falling into the sink.

  Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

  The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and a nice addition was the free coffee and tea in the room.
  The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The restaurant has a very good menu and the food was very tasty.
  The hotel is close to the S Bahn Station Wellingsbuettel and also close to the Alsterwanderweg.

  When I go to Hamburg, I only stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean and a special place to stay. 🙂
  Last time I had an early flight and I went to hotel at 9 in the morning and asked if maybe it is possible to check in early – it was possible! I also needed an iron and it was arranged super quickly. I love everything about this place!

  We have stayed here for 4 days in a very cute and comfortable room . Location was excellent for us . Close to the train – 20 mins to town. and some really nice shopping and walking areas with the Alstertal close by . Would love to stay again .
